Absolutely horrible customer service! I bought a Christmas tree there yesterday morning it was half off when I went home to set it up the stand was missing so I took it back to exchange it for the same exact tree and they said that tree was discounted and I had to pay full price for this tree mind you it was exactly the same! So they would not honor their prices!! They put the tree in discount because it was a return missing pieces and they should have stated that on the box!! Of course no one wants to actually help you there so be extremely careful when buying discounted prices from kingman Walmart they are discounted because they are defective not because they are trying to get rid of last year’s product!

Grocery pick up sucks. They put a hold on your checking for an amount larger than your purchase and it takes 2 weeks for the hold to come off. Ridiculous. Customer service is rude and non caring. Do not recommend.

The customer service has greatly declined since I left my last 5 star review. My husband waited for over 2 hours in the automotive section for a battery change. He ended up leaving without any help whatsoever from the employees. I waited for over ten minutes yesterday on a refund for a pick-up purchase that the woman at the customer service desk could not figure out how to complete. The team member never came back to help me, and after 10 minutes of waiting I left. I will pay more money for groceries and shop at Safeway or Smith's before I will go back to this store.

Lots of people with their dogs in the cart one of the dogs had dry poop hanging off of it... pretty disgusting ...that's where our food goes.. come on Walmart do better.

Hate the LONG LINES at self checkout and it's slow, and checking out with a cashier takes a long time too because they are slow and the lines are long and when it's busy they don't open any more check out lines, I see many registers closed that need to be opened when it's extremely busy and the lines are really long. GET IT TOGETHER WALMART AND START OPENING MORE CHECK OUTS SO PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO WAIT IN LONG LINES FOR AN HOUR OR MORE AND GET HOME.
